![]() ![]() In searching this issue on the web I've seen others reporting this as well. Windows 10, has a fetish for usg with your drivers and installing ones it think are correct, but practically never are. First, rocksmith usb guitar adapter sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed on your system. Trying to add it in the midi application by adding a new device doesn't work either due to the cable not being seen. The drivers files which are changed may be usbaudio. ![]() ![]() When I try to use the Rocksmith USB cable to connect my guitar to my Mac, the usb cable does not show under USB in system info. I also know the cable works fine as I've used it on my PC running Windows 7. My USB port works as I have used it to read a flash drive, an apple super CD/DVD drive and use a Logitec Cordless mouse. Rocksmith 2014 is installed from Steam and seems to runs fine, obvioulsy can't play or tune my guitar on it with the Mac since the Mac doesn't detect the USB cable. I can only imagine someone at Microsoft is a console pleb and just didnt want the Tone Cable to work well for PC users lol. ![]()
